1. I have found a job. Thanks to my dearrrrrr friend ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) samxoxo who will be leaving me for Aust :( And I officially start on the 7th, the week after my exams, although I have been doing half days ie 9.30am - 1pm for the past week because the project has started etc etcccccccc & good thing its at Newton which is a 20min bus ride from my house/ 10 min drive.
2. MY EXAMSSSSSS are next week, so this also explains why I am up. Actually not, because I HAD this bad habit of sleeping at 5am and then getting up at noon/1pm for my 2pm classes, ha. Desmond took a picture of me mugging, and its very unglam, me in oversized Adidas tee shirt, shorts, my hair in a messy bun, notes everywhere, but really, I feel better when I mug!!!!
3. Past week "STUDY WEEK" saw me, Ann and Jennifer usually, at the NLB religiously writing notes from 2pm - 7pm and it was again, a good thing that I did that because me at home = unproductive & not studying but instead on very distracting websites etc.
Anyways, Amanda Tang is back :) And Hannah is going to be back next week and I will be seeing them the week after my exams yay.
Sarah Tan my dear girl has been texting me randomly "mugging sucks, exams sucks and i think i miss u" texts and MMSes of stuffs she buys etc and it makes me smile alot because she still bothers to text me and all!! And Rach my dear please dont be so stressed I can totally tell from your MMS that you are very laden with lots of revision to do for your papers!!! Good luck and take a break in between okay!!! I will see u both after my exams :) :)
Lanxiu has been back for a couple of weeks now and I STILL have yet to meet her and she's even started working which is probably going to make it harder for us to meet. BTW dearie I think your boss is really too much abt the translation to malay/tamil thing hahaha but he probably thinks that you are capable of finding a way to get it done sooooo dont let work get the better of you but have fun at it!! And I agree with your mom please start slacking at work!!!
I've met Hudy twice in the past two weeks, first was with her babysister and Aishah for some shopping for her sister (or herself haha) and then for dinner with her and her aunt!! And while I am at work she sends me links on MSN to view Sidekicks online hahah funny!!! I want a blingggg pink crystalised one and like what she said she wants to zhng hers hahahah.
I have too many friends who are stewardess!!!!!!!!!! Now I find out my dear Jasmine Yong is one as well?? Lucky her but anyways, I cant believe all of us are working now! As in, seriously workingggg and not part timing shit we are getting old :( BUT nevermind only means that once I have built my "NURULIA'S FUNDS" and am ready for it, a few years down the road I will marry my loveeeeeee Desmond Ng Wei Xiong.

Soooo many things to blog about.
Thursday's class BBQ - Ann peeling prawns for me (aww), night cycling to the airport (almost. and 4 hours),
tons of pictures, Macs for breakfast, extreme winds, ACHING butt.
Friday, BBQ & chalet hosted by my uncle (Dad's side)
caught up wtih cousins, see-saw (more pain for the butt), more BBQ'ed food, left early, didn't stay.
&then later that night,
Desmond : "Baby, can you take my wallet and your wallet here please."
Me : "Why?"
Desmond : "Just take them here, I want to compare them. (Chanel for me, Gucci for him)"
and then I take them,
Desmond : "Mmm lets start with yours. -opening the main compartment, then "trying to open coin compartment"- mmm how does this work?"
Me : "-takes wallet from him and opens it- OMGGGGGGGGGGGG SEX AND THE CITY TICKETS!!!!!!"
So it was a midnight movie :)
Saturday - flea at Far east plaza with Tiffany and Annie, gr8 experience, sold quite a few, and had lovely visits from xhopscotch (Angie!), Yina & her boyfriend Kersiang -whom Desmond & I met for the first time that day (since they started dating a month back!!), Samantha (haha it was cute how I spotted you and then we both had the OMG face) and my dear classmates Ann, Kas, Liza (thankyou for buying stuff girls!) + I bet tons of other LJ people who just came to either see what we had to sell or see how we looked like IRL hahaha
ANDDDDD
OUR DARLING BOYFRIENDS FOR HELPING US CARRY THE STUFF, AND BUY US FOOD/DRINKS, STAY FOR COMPANY & it was so cute cos our boyfriends were actually talking and having their own conversations among themselves while we were inside, :)
Sunday - i paid my credit card bill OUCH and initially wanted to watch a movie with Desmond but he only had a few hours left till book in time so we settled for Yoshinoya YUMMY lunch, Ben & Jerrys, Slurpies, Kenny Rogers takeaway sides.
I miss you already baby!

I need to channel my money into better things like the China/Myanmar funds instead of buying new things.
I buy more than one thing a day!!!
Like today I found the babydoll I wanted in XS finally, at Cotton On, and so I bought it!
And along with other stuff I just ordered with Jasmine. Vest is for Desmond.
 
And I bought like a dress, a bag, and another top online too.. dont have a picture of the bag.
 
Sigh, how to save like that?
I concluded that I need to work so that I can occupy myself and also, working long hours/getting up earlier for morning shifts might make me more disciplined to get homework done, or assignments done, because I WORK WELL WITH PRESSURE. Its not an excuse. I am sure some of you are like that too!
Oh yes I had this horrible bus ride just now,
where I had to stand from Newton all the way to Bukit Panjang, and the 30 minute bus ride took almost an hour because we were stuck in a jam because of an accident which INVOLVED A MOTORCYLIST again, I am seriously very upset that these poor motorist always get involved in accidents that I happen to witness, and I am also very scared for my friends who are motorcyclists!!
GIRLS ESPECIALLY, PLEASE STOP RIDING BIKES :( And always always tell your boyfriends' to be careful if they DO ride bikes.
Oh and this cool fact I noticed, is that you know the thing the bus driver presses when you put in coins as your fare? There is a button with a picture of the driver being hijacked, and also a button for the driver to press if he is being held at knife point!!! SO AMUSING AND VERY GENIUS as well!!!

Baby's going to start his 28km road march soon! And I am sad because he is already very tired from this week. Last day in BSLC and he told me that he was emotional because he had to leave his batch mates :( HAHA I like emo boys man.

Wow time to blog time to blog. I'm so tired, so tired. And I happen to realise that I lost 3kg over a week just by eating alot less than usual. Mind you, I eat ALOT. And what Regynna says is true, I lose easily, gain easily. How nice. Anyway, a couple of pictures :)
Thursday 27th March -- Kas Hostel @ Evans Road. American Pie 5,6 with the girls hahaha why do we always end up watching these kinda movies at her hostel?? Then to Cluny Park & Mad Jack :) Shit I can't add pictures??? Cos everytime I paste a link from Photobucket, my entire Mozilla window closes!!! Is anyone else experiencing this problem? So anyway sighhhh whats a post without pictures man :( Friday I met Marina at IE Ideas, then we headed to have dinner at Raffles Hospital, then I accompanied her back to Choa Chu Kang on the train, we went to Cotton on at Lot One hahaaa and then I took a cab back! Saturday I attended Seventeen magazine's Girls Just Wanna Have Fun at SMU, with Regynna, Amanda, Yina :) The stylist showed us a couple of pieces from Topshop's current season and we learnt how to flatter our body shape haha. Jade! I think I saw her wearing the UO sandals that Wee Jia also has haha. We had coffee & talk after that, before I went off to meet my babylove at his place!!! Then we got changed, and then headed off to Ngee Ann City to meet my brother and Afiq for Ashley Isham's show :) I love love love love his pieces so much!!! I didn't get proper photos because I was blocked and also because we didn't bring the Nikon out because my other brother was having a birthday party back at home and this Caucasian man in front of me had a very.. big head. However, Min dinnerwithlilyhas allowed me to save photos from her post (Thank you love) and I will now have pictorial evidence with me, haha. I saw Yi Zhen iloveboys123 I think, were you there love? Haha I think you were seated a row in front of me!! :) I could kinda confirm it was you becoz you have the same camera as my brother haha. I saw Sheryl too haha actually Desmond spotted her. Then the four of us trooped over to Lido Macs, and after our meal my brother and Afiq headed back and I left with Desmond! Sunday Zouk Flea & Easy. Okay I did not get to see your stall, thedramadiaries !!!! I combed the place but no, I did not see you :( Instead I saw alot alot of Ljers haha and I also saw Shan Wee, Rosalind, Jade Seah, and alot of familiar faces haha Charlene, Yangs(ahhhh missed u love!!) and my brother's friends. I managed to get like 6 tops, all for twenty!! Happy with my buys although I saw alot of nice dresses but they were bloody expensive and this Marc Jacobs flats NOT MY SIZE pffttttttt :( I rushed back to Desmond's after that to send him back to camp. Another week of no sleep, crying and arghhhh I don't know why this time its so bad? I thought I could handle this army thing man. Okay until my computers stop being so mean to me, I have switched two computers and I still can't add pictures arghhhh. I have to sign off now byebye :) Have a great week people! School again, tomorrow. About time :) One month of bumming around has done alot of monetary damage. |

My mom got us a female little bunny of same breed, same colour as Pancakes :)
Now Pancakes has a companion! But Caramel is really tiny, and Pancakes got all excited and jumped onto her after sniffing her,
and now he's so hyper, running after me in the house, yes, I am being chased around by my rabbit. HA!

I guess I put this insecurity upon myself,
all because my shopaholic side got the better of me.
In 4 months, I spent $10,000.
And yesterday while reading Shopaholic & Baby,
as weird as this may sound,
I got scared that one day, Desmond will leave me because he can't stand the way I spend.
As it is, he is already very worried for me because I spend too much.
And it is very evident.
My parents let me buy whatever I want,
and I don't get scolded for spending so much.
This is why Desmond says, that he doesn't know if I will bother listening to him.
I don't even know where my money goes sometimes,
because I am letting it go so easily.
Do I really need all this stuff?
Can I try to curb this?
Is it going to work?
When am I going to realise,
that there are far more important things in life (to channel money to)
then to things I want but don't need.
Maybe I do need help.
*Anyway, I know the picture doesn't quite depict the exact mood I am in, but seriously, thats how I was when I checked my bank account this morning.

I just found the 28th little note from Desmond,
under my comforter. That boy is amazing. Just last morning,
I found the 27th in the pocket of my jacket.
I decided to play his role this morning,
and got up to make him an egg sandwich for him
to take to camp! :)
We slept late last night, because we got hungry at 2am,
and before that we were in the living room watching
"My Super Ex-girlfriend" with my brother and Pancakes!!
Study week now and I am very prepared to mug like crazy
this whole week.
Oh Yanggs my brother's got into Retail Management at TP!
I am still upset that I have (now) 600 pictures to update this space with.

I have an unbelievable 500 photos in my phone which I still am unable to upload,
because, when my mom gave me the N95, she did not give me the cable. It really does feel weird posting without any photos.
Anyway I've been very loyal to Haagen Daaz. Consequtive visits over the past few days, with Desmond, and today with Xinyi. Jas, can I continue calling you by your chinese name because I grew up calling you that, hahahaa. Because your new friends know you as Jaslyn, your old old friends know you as Xinyi, right???
I have a lovely french manicure, and I finally decided to have my toenails painted because I semi broke my right toe-thumb nail, and it has been hurting for the past week, cos it hasn't fallen out yet so its literally just, you know, still there so anyway I got the pedicurist to paint over the nail. Pictures.... when I upload them. God knows when anyway I still owe alot of people pictures oopsss.
I picked the boyfriend up from camp today, we had dinner at Al Ameen after I saw the doctor, and then he sent me home. Valentines' Day is this coming Thursday and it feels weird that I've got someone to spend it with... finally. After like 3 years of not celebrating it (with a boyfriend). And I must say, I really know who I will be spending it with, from now on. I really love Desmond.
Today I had lunch with mommy and she asked me out of the blue, "Aren't you glad that Desmond and I are close? I mean, the other day I was at the bookstore and he (must have texted her) made me feel really touched and I know, he really loves you, I know, he is a good boy, and I trust him." I didn't know whether to cry or what.
Pancakes the resident bunny is growing. She has become very inquisitive and its funny because she's mega hyper now too. She sleeps on my bed most of the time, but my dad really insists that we train her first. I have three yellow patches on my nice floral sheets, no prizes for guessing who's the culprit!!
Desmond has caught on my habit of online shopping and its cool, because now he joins in THE FUN. Urgh Pancakes has gone into hiding again. OMG SHE JUST HOPPED ONTO MY BROTHER'S BED. Okay before you get mega amused, my brother's bed is rather low. HAHA. But stilllllll.
I am running out of things to say. I shop very little now. Okay thats a lie but really, I am less of an impulse buyer now. I am happy. Mommy was shocked that I walked out of most of the shops empty handed today. She was the one happily trying and buying. I got another Argyle cardigan today though and I love it to bits. PANCAKES IS SO CUTE.
Okay till my next update. Study break next week, followed by exams, and then Bangkok and US!!!!!

I saw this at Gap today, I was quite hesitant to buy it, at $65! I came back, went on eBay, and found it, in my size, brand new, for half the price inclusive of shipping. HAHA. Cheap thrill, and it indeed leaves me really happy.
